This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Incredibly nice hotel and good location. Unquestionably will endorse Melati Villa!

If you are visiting Umalas you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the room was always clean up. The employees were being extremely useful and pleasant and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are big and also the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Stayed for three days with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the space was constantly clean up. The employees were extremely handy and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
